3 Year Old Kinder
3 year old kinder is a fundamental step in your child’s introduction to their educational journey. It provides an extra year for children to develop social and emotional skills to play and cooperate with others, encourage language development and communication skills, express their creativity, develop confidence and curiosity, and find the fun in learning.
At Geelong West Kindergarten, we offer 2 x 3 year old kinder classes of 10.5 hours per week. All classes are run over three days offering consistency and continuity of learning. The short session times of 3 – 4 hours promote optimal learning and a reduction in separation anxiety in some children.
Our teachers are university trained and co-educators have at least a Diploma of Children’s Services and considerable experience.
Our class structure will allow your child to interact with the same group of children each session. Thus enhancing their sense of belonging and providing a greater opportunity to form and build relationships.
